kirari.cafe is a small hobby project you use for free, exactly as it is, with no promises that it will always be online, always keep your data, or always work the way you want, so treat it like the fun toy it is and keep your own copy of anything that matters (your recovery codes exist for this reason). you own the words, images and links you put on your page and you are the one responsible for them, which means nothing illegal, nothing that harasses or targets another person, no malware, no impersonation of someone you are not, and nothing that would get us pulled offline; break that and we can hide, remove or delete the content and the account without notice, and heavy abuse or attempts to attack, scrape or overload the service will simply be blocked. the discord features work only with data you connect yourself through discord's own login, or with details that are already public on your profile, and we use that purely to show your own status, avatar decoration, nameplate and roles back onto your own page. we do not sell it, we do not build a profile of you from it, and we cache the bare minimum to keep the page fast. the avatar decorations, nameplates and effects are discord's artwork, shown here for personal, non commercial display of a thing you already have on your own account, and since we charge nothing for them and gate nothing behind them we treat this as ordinary personal reference use; if discord ever asks us to stop, we stop and pull them, no argument. kirari+ is a cosmetic upgrade and never unlocks anyone else's data or removes these rules. by making an account you are agreeing to all of the above, and if any part of it is a dealbreaker for you, the right move is to not sign up. questions go to the support server.
